Popped into this place by chance really as young daughter was keen to see 'the aquarium', and although small this little lobster aquarium of sorts was so brilliantly done. You get to learn all about the life of lobsters, even seeing baby ones being hatched...More

A tiny little place, but so very well thought out. The amount of information on the walls, in the mini documentary and exhibits right in front of your eyes is phenomenal and the staff were fantastic - my two are aged 7 and 8 and...More

Very insightful and forward-looking for the growth of Lobster. Interactive walk round and knowledgeable staff. Not very big but you can 'gift aid' your admission helping to keep the good work going. A must see visit.

Can be done in 30 mins or less. However, there is plenty to learn about the lobsters and their sustainability. Overall an enjoyable time. Entry gives you a one year pass to come back whenever you want.

Only a small place we went to avoid the rain, but my 4&7 year olds loved it. Staff are friendly and happy to answer questions.

We went back to this place 3 times in a 2 week stay! Great value (£10 for a family for a year). A small museum but fascinating for kids. They loved the magnetic fishing game as much as they loved seeing all the lobsters! Staff...More

£10 gets your family of 4 in. Spent about 1/2 hour looking around and searching for the Lego models which kept the kids interested. Don’t expect to spend any longer, but a worthwhile charity and you can visit for free for the rest of the...More

This is quite a small little attraction, but they try hard to make it interesting! We stayed for about an hour, with the children being able to look at the various stages of lobsters being bred. Subject is fairly limited, but it is well worth...More

The children in our group loved this working museum. They were fascinated by the lobsters and the small Lego pieces hidden around the hatchery kept them interested. It’s not a big place but it was much more interesting and took more time than I had...More

We've been coming here every year for a decade now and it never fails to interest the kids. Each year, the girls learn a little more about the work the hatchery does and always come away with something from the gift shop. They especially enjoyed...More
