Walked round from Trevone late afternoon- sandy beach with some families enjoying the incoming tide. Sadly Food for thought was closing up for the day but that gave us the impetus to walk back to a cup of tea at Trevone. Will be looking for...More

Having read many reviews about Harlyn bay, we thought we would give it a go having already spent days at Polzeath and Constantine thinking this would be just as good if not better. How disappointed we were. The beach has a large volume of stones...More

We were lucky enough to be staying with friends who have a house 2 minutes walk to the beach, so no hassle of toilets/parking/sand in sandwiches etc! But how beautiful! Great beach when the tide is out as all the coves connect and there is...More

Great to find a beach that is dog friendly and also off lead for dogs. No facilities on the beach so need to have everything with you. But the golden soft sand is so clean and the bay is beautiful

Lovely beach but toilets far away and no where to get a decent lunch - a greasy burger van or a pub over the road, which does takeaway baguettes and pizza but very over priced. Very big and busy for a family with young children....More

Staying nearby, went for a long walk along the beaches, nice and clean, blue waters, plenty of lifeguards nearby, when you have the weather you cannot beat Cornwall beaches. we will be back.

We called at the beach late in the afternoon to enjoy the last of the days sun and watch the sun set. The beach is great and there was still enough time for the kids to swim in the sea. There is a small level...More
