We hired two cycles last week and ventured out onto the Camel trail. This is a lovely picturesque track that lets you while away your time. BUT beware of other cyclists. A few will abide by commen sense but the majority do not. There did...More

Oh how lovely is the Camel Trail? Rent a bike and head straight to Wadebridge. Splendid views of the estuary. Flat enough for anyone to walk as little or as far as they want and quiet and peaceful. Easily accessible from Padstow and a beautiful...More

Well worth a day out. We enjoyed a lovely cycle ride. Not too far, so all the family could manage. Plenty of places to stop and picnic or even go for a swim!

I believe the last passenger train went down this track in 1967. Since then it has morphed into a well maintained cycle path. The route from Padstow to Wadebridge is easy for all ages. Bike hire is not too expensive and there was a decent...More

We had our own bikes so cannot comment on the cycle hire but would thoroughly recommend the ride. The views are stunning and the beauty of it is you can ride it with the tide in or out and it’s different each time. The path...More

5 miles there and back again. The whole track is scenic and some bits are smoother than others. You can smell the fresh sea air. It wasn't busy when we came last Thursday

Rather scenic views a fair amount of time and nice and flat , a little over grown but that may be due to the time of year

also note the section from Bodmin to Wadebridge is at a slight downhill incline all the way so its nice and easy in that direction. It will take longer to return !
