Dr Dave and his amazing team did a wonderful repair operation on my "Nunny" who was over 47 years old. I was worried he might not come back looking like "Bunny" but he was repaired sympathetically and I was totally overwhelmed. Fantastic service of which I will no doubt need to use again at some point and would thoroughly recommend.

I love visiting Rikki and her friends. You can watch them repairing well loved bears, find bears to give a new home to and buy bear and rag doll kits that are beautifully packaged with easy instructions to make super gifts for others, or yourself. This time I came away with a lovely old bear and panda kits.

We bought a rabbit for my grandson and it was so cute and reasonably priced. We talked to the owners and they showed us the teddy bear hospital. Children would love it

My poor dog with his squeaky ear, lost his squeak many years ago and lost his eye site and my little rag doll lost her hair years ago. Dr Dave and his wonderful team took the two of them under their expert care, within 6 hours they were returned to me in full health. I am reliably informed by both... More

This shop was a lot smaller than I anticipated it to be. Also doesn't stock my favourite brand of bear; Charlie Bears - which was a bit of a disappointment although I knew this before I entered the shop. The hospital is really sweet how it is set up. It's worth going in just for the 'awwwww' factor! Was a... More

My lovely mouse, known as 'Mousey' had a problem with the stuffing in his legs- it had gone into his feet and his legs needed re-doing. I went to Alice's bear shop and teddy bear hospital, and I left him with them for 40 minutes. When I came back, his legs were just right- not too stiff, not too spongey... More

I delight in this shop and hospital, everytime I visit Lyme. This time I bought down a Canterbury bear, with two holes in his paw. I am delighted to say that after a brief admission, all is well. I also added another special bear to my own collection, Ting, one designed by Rickey herself. The shop is a treasure trove... More
