what an impressive building it's really tall in height and only £1 to enter and climb all those steps to the top ,not for the faint hearted.

Thanks to the very helpful volunteer who gave a great introduction to the site before ascending the stairs to the top and the great views over the surrounding area At only £1 entry what can you complain about :)

Visited today as Lighthouse is open this weekend, 99 steps to the top but well worth the climb. you don't have to climb all the steps in one go there are 5 rooms to explore on the way there are also chairs in each room...More

Told by the staff in the nearby "Pieseas Fish and Chip Shop" that it was worth visiting as it was close by. So good it has been kept and looked after and the history information was very interesting.

Great views bit dusty n not a lot to doo but some bits to read look and listen staff happy to talk and tell you more anothe rlighthouse nearby worth a visit

We visited the lighthouse but disappointingly it was closed so were unable to 'check out' the views from the top! Lots of other interesting attractions to see or visit
