beautiful beach

NT beach, beautiful situation, magnificent views and friendly cafe for drinks and snacks. Narrow lane down with few passing places but worth the hairy moments!

The roads to the car park , which is free for NT members are very narrow with the odd pacing place. I could imagine it being chaos in high summer .. But we didn't meet anything on the way down or up ... May holidays are great for that! There is a little cafe in the car park. We walked... More

We've been here so many times, and keep getting drawn back to the beach, the hill and the little White chapel. Just a gloriously secluded beach. Several steps to go down to the beach so if you're unable to manage stairs at home just sit on the grass at the national trust car park on top, you won't be disappointed... More

Mwnt beach is small but above the actual sands is a mound that one can walk up along narrow man-made paths (the mound is unsuitable for young children as the drop is significant). There is also a small chapel that is open for most of the year. I have descended the cliff and fished from a rock some years ago.... More

Had a wonderful day here scaling "the rock" with fantastic views of the beach and up the coast. Lovely little cafe and souvenir shop - try the ice cream, very nice - nor for disabled or people unsure on their feet as there are a lot of steps down to the beach but if you can get there then it's... Beautiful church set on the hillside above Mwnt beach. Take a picnic and spot the dolphins in the Bay. Fine clean sand and water. A must for any visitor ❤️

If in the area, you must visit Mwnt, whilst the roads on route are narrow, it is well worth it, unspoiled, views beyond belief and if you have the energy go to the top of the hill, you will not be disappointed, plenty of parking, just a small snack bar on the road down to the beach. The chapel is... More

A beautiful beach and mount, ample national trust car park, don't forget your camera! You can often see Dolphins and porpoise swimming here or take a costal walk from mwnt to Aberporth.

Last 3 miles is down a single track road, with passing places, which I can imagine being chaos in high summer. The car park is Pay and Display, but free to Nat.Trust members and looks out over the beach and bay. Lovely walk up Foel y Mwnt - take the path to the right and work way around in a... More
