Both places can offer magnifficent views and are easily accessible for trekkers. Just beware on windy days since burst can be really strong. You can spot cóndors flying peacefully on those mountains´ skies and enjoy the views of the valleys and faraway mountains.

We had an afternoon to do a quick hike & this totally fit the bill. It has a gradual uphill climb then viewpoints over a couple different directions. We did see condors, but not from the mirador. Overlooking the lake was also wonderful. It was...More

Fantastic views from both of the lookouts! Neither was very difficult, and took us only a little while to reach both. Gorgeous short hikes for a half day, low-key, and stunning adventure!

You don't need to be an expert hiker to enjoy the surroundings of El Chalten. Of course some trails are practiced only by hardcore trekkers because of their difficulties but these two are really easy. That doesn't mean you won't sweat, gotta count on some...More

It's a short hike up this hill, but worth it if you want to photograph condors. They glide past and the thermals make it easy to get a good shot. Great view of El Chalten as well. NB: It can be very windy so make...More

It's a half an hour hike to the top of he hill where you will be rewarded with great views of the city and the beautiful Mt. Fitz Roy. Very much worth a try!

Had a really nice walk to both view points steep but a steady walk but the weather changes very quickly and the winds on the way down were extremely strong so go prepared

A bit uphill to start, but not terribly long or steep. I especially liked the walk to Las Aguilas viewpoint. Not very busy, and rewarded with great views of the entire valley and lake.
