Place for a romantic family event, dinner or a wedding of course. A unique place on this mystic island. Easy access to the sea thanks to the beautiful sand beach...

I love Anakena, so so much. And at first I wasn't thinking it would be a great experience, but it was. The beach is adorable, the climate is pleasant and the view is breathtaking.

I was amazed by this beach, not just because of its palms, white sands and cristal waters, but also because there was not many people at all.

I think my review title pretty much sums it up. This is a great little beach. It's not huge, but the sand is nice. The water was a comfortable temperature and there were lots of people out swimming and enjoying the small waves. The moai...More

The island only has two real beaches and this is by far the larger and more touristy of the two. As you approach the scene is quite breathtaking. I think sitting on the grass closer to the road and having a picnic would make for...More

This is another great site to see stand up Moai's. It's also interesting that they are next to the beach. I think it's the only beach on Easter Island. You can also see the ruin of an ancient village here. There are restaurants just next...More

This could well be the best beach on Easter Island. But it is a simple beach, not what we had imagined as a tropical paradise. The scenery is OK, the nearby moai is good, but I would not come to Easter Island for its beaches....More

This is the only real sandy beach on the island (there are some other mini beaches, but nothing to compare). So it is very visited, but still nice, with many palm trees in the grassy park prior to the sand. Also, the restored moai are...More

As it is a volcanic island rocks are black so this place is surprisingly a beach with white sand ,almost . Lots of high palm trees make it a good spot to spent a few hours

My wife and I spent some time on this beach after a day spent visiting several Moai. We went on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon and the beach was busy. The water was gorgeous and a perfect relief to the heat of the day. In addition...More

I took a cab for $20 from the main town square and arranged to be picked up 4 hours later and dropped off at my Hotel - I'd think you could stay longer if you wished. The food, water, and souvenirs are crazy expensive so... More
