We played here on a Saturday and ended up in the competition. ( Didn't Win ) We were paired with a 14 year old with a 4 handicap and a 15 year old playing off 6. A couple of great friendly lads who obviously enjoyed golf. You could see the ocean from virtually every tee. It was strange at first... More

Course is in good knick. Greens are excellent considering the traffic (one of top 10 busiest courses in SA apparently). Player friendly with bail out zones and beautiful scenery. Springboks grazing on course adds a cool feel as well. Good value for money and friendly locals. Must play.

Course in good condition and most unusual to share the fairways with antelope. Rather sad that most of the staff were rather unfriendly which spoiled the experience. This is most unusual for golf courses in South Africa. Clubhouse could do with some TLC.

Linksy style golf course that is a fair challenge to all levels of golfers if you pick the correct tees. Good ocean views from most holes. Course in fair condition for end of season. Green fees excellent value

Played Mossel Bay Golfclub by "mistake" and I do not regret one single moment. The greens were in super condition. They had gameanimals on the court, which for a scandinavian is nice. Super friendlly staff. Proshop very frindly as well Will go back if I get a chance.

Mossel Bay golf course is a good course. I've played there a many times, and it's a very interesting design with some great golf holes. Their motto is "You can see the sea from every tee" and it sure is true. With the good course and its history, there are some downsides. Not all of the staff are as friendly... More

Conditioning of the course is top-notch. Wide fairways are quite friendly to almost all levels of golfers. Greens rolled true and are relatively fast. Like most other "sea-side" courses we played in our South African trip (East London Golf Club and Durban Country Club), the terrain is quite interesting and challenging with lots of uphill and downhill (some a couple... i always enjoy this course as it sea views are lovely and the course is always in excellent condition plus the springbok are very tame. It has some challenging par 4.s but is very fair layout for all levels of golfers. Naturally the wind can have a great bearing on the degree of difficulty. Undoubtedly worth a visit. The management... More
