Good place to buy pasalubong

The embarcadero attempts to be a tourist attraction, instead it is an empty mall with a few stands that sell junk and a small grocery. If you're traveling and in need of supplies, walk a half mile up Rizal Street to the actual mall where there is a better grocery for packaged items and the Legazpi public market for produce.

This is the main mall in the city and is complete with restos and eating places, as well as various stores and shops for souvenir shopping and other basic needs. It provides a perfect view of the volcano from the water or coastline.

Embarcadero should had been a nice tourist destination if properly maintained... The last time we visited this place looks its delapidating fast... Time to take care of it before it looses its value..

Very very old mall with only a few shops and restaurants. Our hotel was located here but other than that, no reason to go here.

If mayon is visible, it's still worth visiting. But there are few shops and very little to do there...

Can come here for some pasalubong shopping. Offers good price for abaca products (bags for php50 to 300). But not recommended for sight-seeing or food trip. The place is no longer maintained perhaps because of the inaccessible location (can only be accessed via tricycle/taxicle).

Most of the establishments here are closed and I think Puregold is the only one surviving, the elevators are not working which makes it very hard to go to Ellis Ecotel which is in the top floor. But the place is good for school programs ang other activities.

I included this in our iti because of good reviews, but when we got there, we were shocked. The place was almost empty. The promise of a good place with stores and restaurants was long gone. The only store that caters is a supermarket. Too bad, we were hoping to have our dinner there. There are few stalls of pasalubong,... More
