Never mind the mall that is Embarcadero de Legazpi. It still counts as a sightseeing destination for the unobstructed view of Mayon towering over Albay Gulf. These are the four viewing spots for a perfect Mayon photo memento: outdoor view deck, CISYD Restaurant, parking area...More

Looke like abandoned building. No fine dining. It was old building and needs renovation. What you can get here is a nice souvenirs like bags and wallets.

Nothing to see here basically. Most of the stores are closed or empty spaces. Filthy, just a few souvenier shops that sold almost expired products.

There is absolutely no reason to go to Embarcadero. It's stores are all closing--it's out of the way and there's absolutely nothing interesting to see here. Don't bother!

We were free in the night so our hotel receptionist suggested us to go to Embaradero de Legazpi. We took a tricycle to the place and found just a deserted street with sounds of waves nearby. We walked a bit and reached the ocean shore...More

Part of our day tour is Embarcadero, it's a strip of restaurant along bay bay :) but it is not well maintained compare to the last time I was there.
