This is a beautiful, long, white-sand beach. Great for walking along, with lovely sunsets. However, the sea can get quite rough

There was a high tide when we visited the beach in Dec. However, it is very lovely view. The beach is a little dirty, but one can easily find place to sit and relax.

Stayed at the Beach at "Tree Leaf" Most of each Day The main resort is NOT on the beach. The staff swept on the private beach area. I picked up plastic etc, that kept coming in on the tide.

Visited mostly by foreigners. It is a good beach, neat beach but sea was not calm. It needed courage to go inside water. Not many eateries around but basic things were available. Beach beds were available on rent

It is a better beach and might be the best beach near Kochi. The boats are cute and is not very far from Allepey (allapuzha).

It's a nice beach that is not as busy as Varkala or Kovalam. If you're looking for some quiet time, I would come to Mararikulam. People were so nice in this little town and it's overall a very relaxing place with not too many tourists.
