We have traveled this road many times as I have family in the area. It's such a spectacular view. The road is a little frightening to me because I am just not a fan or curvy roads but very worth the breathtaking view.

We took a day trip to the Canyon and Ojinaga from Marfa, TX. The park itself is unassuming but the curves and inclination of the road starts increasing after a small village. Standard mountain driving that I would compare to certain parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway or similar routes in the US. Be advised that soon after the main... More

The view is awesome but drive is one of the scariest drives I have done. And also I wouldn't reccomend going to mexico during this time.

This magnificent canyon, which is about a half-hour into Mexico south of Presidio just beginning to get American river runners. A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I took a one-day canoe trip there with Charlie Angell of Angell Expeditions and everything went very well. There is much more water in the Conchos River at this time of year... More
