Description:

Tours for those looking for something different and wanting to really learn...

Tours for those looking for something different and wanting to really learn about the Balinese Cultural, Religions, History or for those that just want see this magnificent remote area with its beautiful scenery. A choice of 2 1/2 day tours or you can combine them both for a full day or an overnight package. Our Cultural (cycle) tour takes you on a gentle bike ride through Ancient villages around Lake Batur, stopping to meet the locals and immersing you in their traditional rural lives. Group sizes are kept small (6 people) and only held twice a week, so that you get the personal touch. Tours are hosted by Westerners that help by translating for you as these somewhat shy Balinese share their lives to help you really understand their culture and beliefs. See another side of Bali that you will fall in love with, it's like going back in time, meet Balinese that don't work in tourism, farmers that show you how a simple life can be so fulfilling. Our canoe tour is for those that want to see this special area and take in the magic of the large 'Holy Lake", sharing it with only local fisherman. We have a combination of both tours once a week, or you can join the over-night tour, which not only combines both tours but lets you spend more time with these wonderful people in this magical place.

We recently took the half day canoeing tour and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up exactly on time by our guide Sibran who was extremely friendly and knowledgable and answered all the questions we had along the way about Bali. We stopped off at the rice fields before going to the huge lake... More

We booked to do the Canoeing and Hot Springs tour and had one of the best days out. From the moment we were picked up by Rach and Sibran the fun and informative day began. What Rach doesn't known about Bali and local custom and culture is probably not worth knowing, she is a wealth of knowledge which she is... More

Just finished a canoeing tour with C.Bali. Sibran and Rachel were great guides and made our day enjoyable and educational. We were made to feel relaxed from our pick up to our drop off. Sibran was a great guide on the lake and Rachel gave us plenty of information on Balinese culture. Lunch at hotel was excellent. Get the fish.... More

This tour was very special as we got to see places and meet people that tourists wouldn't normally have access to. The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable about the area, the history, the culture and the customs of the people of Bali. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning more about Bali and it's people.

We were so impressed with Rachel and Sibran and the effort they have gone to to develop such a unique experience. The booking process was simple and we had a group chat with Rachel on Messenger which really helped us in being prepared for our visit. My family and I had a wonderful morning kayaking on the lake. Rachel and her husband were both lovely. Rachel was very easy to arrange the tour with, and her husband was a great guide. The scenery and location are just stunning. I would highly recommend it.

We took the morning tour and our preference was to learn about Balinese culture. It was an amazing experience. Our guides Rach and Sibran are not only knowledgeable about the culture, and they are also members of the local Balinese community. Their intimate relationship with the community allows us access to the real side of a Balinese village. While you... More

What a great way to get an insight into this fascinating island, its history, culture and people… and get some exercise along the way. Rachel and Sibran are knowledgeable, experienced and funds from the tour go towards a school. Our group of 5 had a personalized tour and incorporated the canoeing and bicycling. The location is stunning and starts with... More
