The long walk and the dusty walkway is just W O W. I mean, you get to see an ancient city in the present day and get to explore and know the history of the place. The long walk is so worth it.

This hidden city made famous in the Indiana Jones movie. To get there you need to do some walking, about 2kms through the Siq , a deep ravine that leads to the Treasury. The iconic structure is at the end of the Siq. You can...More

Obviously stunning (and impossible to miss), the Treasury greets you as you finish your walk through the Siq. This incredible structure is worth viewing from multiple vantage points, so if you're game, the hike to see it from above is beautiful. You're not going to...More

One of the most beautiful places on Earth. Be prepared to walk almost 2 km one way before you reach the treasury. Start early. You will be dwarfed as you walk between the towering passages. At the end of the Siq this beauty emerges like...More

After winding your way through the rocks for quite awhile it’s a pretty spectacular view when it opens up to the treasury. Recommend going early in the morning as the sun strikes it well and the entourage crowds are much less.

When I saw the structures I initially thought there were the Romans until my guide explained. This temple is enchanting fascinating and at the same time intriguing. I was informed that at least 70% of the area is still underground but due to the Sandy...More

Breathtaking to discover this site after walking through the Siq or entrance. Best to go early morning or late afternoon as it can get both very hot and crowded. My only disappointment was to see the carriage horses being so badly treated- being whipped with...More

This is an amazing building carved out f the hill. Great to see. Only one small room inside which is currently closed as they are doing excavation work under it.
