We drove to each site and then there was an electric ride to the big temple. I was really amazed that this site could be done this way.

Though the entire Hampi region spells b-e-au-t-y, these ruins transport you into a developed world that once flourished. Amazing - words cant describe the peace and tranquility that one feels amid these structures.

Title says it all. Worth doing a full day exploring all the temples here. By bike or tuktuk, bikes are not allowed in hampi, unless it's rented/bought outside of hampi.

This is one of the biggest attractions. You have the stone chariot and the music pillars. I personally loved a very old tree in the premises. Worth a visit.

Yes tickets are must. But not for infants. Even if you use public transport, you have to get down at the entry, then have to take electrically run vehicles. Public transport vehicles are not allowed to reach this place. Available, run by locals at the road side.
