Drove up for a visit from La Quinta. It might have been a little too soon in the season as it was pretty quiet on the lake. A good part of it was also dried up, but not sure if that is permanent or seasonal....More

Pete area itself has a lot to do places to visit, we spent four days there and it was great. The sad part is the lake is really low. Nothing can be done about that except more snow and rain.

Went out with John Cantrell Guide Service. Had a Great Time, John and Cliff are both very knowledgeable about the lake and history. Caught and released several nice trout! Made our trip an over the top experience!

A truly restful respite in the country. The mountains and air are wonderful. Nice restaurants and a lot to do. Been coming here for over 35 years and love it year round. The spring and summer are as great as the winter. Come an enjoy!!

Dear readers, We had just left today the Big Bear Lake. It’s surrounded by mountains and many ducks are swimming around. It’s a very quiet place, very relaxing and chilling. We love this place. Best wishes, Petra

Just a short 1:45 min drive from LA you can enjoy all the mountain village has to offer from fishing, hiking, mountain biking and skiing in winter, it's the best!
