Great to see the giant figures created hundreds of years ago. The road is not easy to travel and is best visited with a 4 wheel drive. Water is a must.

Blyth is a suggested place to visit when touring around Clare in SA. don't bother it's non existent. No shops are open and the whole place is like a ghost town. Very sad.

This was really cool, in a weird spiritual way. I think partly because we were the only ones out here. Partly because of the remote, but right off the hwy location. the wind was whipping, it was slightly cloudy. it felt very good spiritualy to...More

We drove out to see this place. We just could not see much. Maybe we were looking the wrong place. I really wanted to explore, but it was difficult. Maybe we should have asked in town for some tips.

It was not that far out of Blyth. Just look for Huge sign that says Blythe Intaglios on the Left if you are going towards Needles. The road was dirt and rocks. We do not have a four wheel drive and to me the road...More

About 15 miles north of Blythe is a marker and a sign for the intaglios. The dirt road is well maintained any car can navigate it. We went to 3 of the 4. Easy walk to the fenced in sites. We thought they were fascinating...More

Hard to find and not much to look at once you got there. There were two fenced in areas that I could see and I did not think the trip was worth it.

My husband, myself, and our 21-month-old visited the intaglios, excited for the opportunity to see the "Nazca Lines of the US". We knew going in to the experience that they were no where near as glamorous, and I can report that is indeed the case....More

Yes, but don't go further than the second parking parking area. We continued up the trail looking for the third site, and it was rough and rutted. We were in a jeep with high clearance.
