Enjoyed the show, maybe a little to much singing for me. We had grandsons from age 10-17 and they all enjoyed the show.

Upgraded meals are not offered for every show so it is a hit and miss opportunity. You can also upgrade you child's meal to an adult meal however you will be expected to pay the adult price. This goes from $41.45 to $67.95. These are door rate and you can definitely find huge discounts and VIP upgrades at local area attractions. There is a Pirates reception available to all ticket purchasers before the show in the Galley when you arrive that offer some minor appetizers if you want to get there early. There is no additional cost for this part of the evening but you will want to get there when the doors open to get in on some of these appetizers. There will also be an opportunity to upgrade your seating to the front row and / or the front two rows which guarantees that your children will be chosen to be "in the show" as cheesy at it sounds.... the kids love it! I agree with another person responding to this question... even with the adult meal or even if you have the opportunity to upgrade to a VIP meal, you will probably find yourself wanting to stop for a little snack on the way back to your accommodations. Overall, this is rated one of the best attractions in Orlando and is a great time for kids of all ages. Safe Travels.
