Yes, there's a large area outside Soak City for picnics with a lot of picnic tables. Yes, you can bring towels and foldable chairs to set down on the grass.

The lockers are one time use Yeah that's one bad thing about it It Would-be nice if they had multiple uses on it but they don't sorry I hope you have a fun time
