This is a quiet beach where dogs are allowed as well as fires in specified containers. Lots of driftwood makes this doable. Beautiful sand and big waves add to the experience. You'll probably see some surfers too. Enjoy!

White sandy beach with turquoise colored water! I love watching all the dogs running free on the beach. Best part of Carmel is that dogs are allowed everywhere.

Not really. You can see the beach from a wheelchair but there is not really a way to go to the sand in one.

We ate at a place called From Scratch and we loved it. Our dog was also treated very well. This is a very dog friendly town and most places allow dogs. They simply have outdoor seating to accommodate them. As has been stated... More
