The beach is lovely and well maintained. If you are in Carpintaria or nearby it is a good choice. Clean restrooms and lot of parking.

Great beach that faces south. No riptide currents, cool swim platforms. You can see the channel islands from the beach, and when you turn around you see the local mountains and trails. Grab a burger at the spot by the railroad tracks.

We love this beach! It's beautiful, wide and very nice sand. They also have outside shows. We recently took our grandkids and the whole family had a great time. Easy parking, nice location, close to restaurants and services.

Stopped here for sunset views. Found a free parking space steps away from the sand. There was a huge berm on the sand. We climbed up and watched the huge waves and golden sunset. Quiet and uncrowded on President's weekend after a big storm.

Big expanse of shoreline, so there is plenty of room for all. Good sand with lifeguards. Nearby lunch spots.

This is a great little beach for families to chill at. We spent several hours there the first evening we arrived, and our kids loved the gentle slope into the water for playing and building sand castles.

We love the Carpinteria State Beach. It is a beautiful expansive beach with space for everyone. It is easily accessible with lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. We've come to love the little town and beaches of Carpinteria.

I heard that the spa was recently renovated?! What input can you offer regarding services and environment at the spa?

There are no hotels on the beach-just condo rentals. I don't know which spa you are talking about. Sorry.
