J. Rickards Winery produces award-winning Estate grown wines and features some of the best views in the Alexander Valley. Come on up for an excellent tasting and informative experience. We have 45 acres of sustainably grown vines, including Old Vine Zinfandel planted in 1908. Cool off in our Wine Cave and learn about the entire growing and winemaking process behind our "Darn Fine Barn Wine".

The scenery at this winery is beautiful, the tasting room is tiny, but they have lots wines to taste. They give you a thorough tour and are very informative. The best wine is the Old Vine Zin. Very impressed that it was started in 1908....More

J. Ricards Winery are doing great things with wine. While visiting be sure to check out the cave where they age the wine and do not leave with out trying the port filled chocolate.

Relaxed setting on a hillside above highway 101. Small tasting room with spacious outdoor patio under giant oak trees. Free tasting of 5 wines. Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc are above expectations. Small parking area.
