If you happen to be near South Coast Plaza and love Noguchi, or sculptural landscape, or just a very different space to contemplate, this is a treasure. I live a few miles away and visit every few years. On the same order (to me) as...More

As some reviews have commented, this garden is difficult to find as there are no indications at all where it is. Luckily, we came here on a Sunday and drove around trying to locate the garden. Please note, that it is behind the Comerica office...More

I had heard of this place before, but never knew exactly where it was. After dinner at TGIF we figured it's gotta be around here close so we asked a couple people. One had no idea and the other said it was right by TGIF....More

It took us over a hour to find this garden the first we visited it. There was no signage that we could find. It is an exquisite piece of art - an extraordinary garden of sand, stones, water, trees and sculpture. Take a sweater or...More

This is a nifty art installation tucked between a parking structure and a couple of high rises in an out of the way corner of the business park no-man's land tucked between South Coast Plaza and the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center. It's supposed to represent...More

1.6 acre walkable sculpture park behind TGIF and Comerica office building--famous Japanese artist who has taken typical Calif nature (eg, redwoods, sandstone) and created artistic walk-around park (takes 10-15min, but you could spend longer to just relax and get away from the busier streets)

I highly recommend this artistic stop, while you are in the area. It reminds you of the disparate elements that make California one unique place. Take time to savor each bit of this installation, and hopefully you are there when it's quiet enough to here...More

I was looking for some hiking opportunities near my hotel during my visit in Southern California. The Wildlife walk around was perfection. I went over to explore three separate times and found it charming! It has dirt trails and pavement that take you over and...More

Yes, I believe so. If the dog is on a leash and not barking, I think it will be fine.
