A short walk from our house. What a great place to people watch, check out the boats grab a great quality coffee and chill. We take our dogs, walk the island, and check out the beautiful boats and dream, one day.

Our go to place to eat, take a stroll, check out the boats & yachts, watch the sunset, smell the ocean breeze & of course admire the ocean view, occasionally see dolphins & sea lions.

Lots of good restaurant choices from casual to upscale. This is where the Catalina Express departs from. The shops are just average. Wish they had a better selection

Not that I've ever seen but after heavy rains it's there. According to the Orange County Register, it's flowing again. Google it. I can't post html links here.

No, there are no waterfalls at Dana Point. There are some scenic beaches to explore, lots of picnic spots, good restaurants, huge marina with interesting boats, and the Ocean Institute is quite intriguing! Lots to see and... More
