I'm not sure how to rate this. We went over the bridge because we were traveling a route that required us to cross it. I don't know that it rates as a site to see if you are not going that way. It's a functional...More

After reading that you can get better views from the ferry, and always keen to save a few Euros, we followed the signs to the ferry. As soon as we arrived I could see the car in front reversing onto the boat. Before I had...More

I would recommend this place only if you have to pass by it. Its a suspension bridge not sure why it is hyped. There is a toll to pass through it , approximately 13 Euros if I'm not wrong.

From 2004 this wonderful 3km long bridge is an attraction in the area and of course a proof of progress and a mean that helped transportation in Greece.Wonderfull to see it from far and even at Saturday nights when it is lighted up.

This bridge is a huge project which connects northern Greece with the Peloponnese! I think the price for the ticket should be a bit lower!

We crossed the bridge in our trip from Patras to Lefkada. We loved the whole trip, and that bridge is absolutely wonderful. A must visit place, you can stop aside and enjoy a coffee in one of the bars close to it.

Very original construction. Part of a four day bus tour heading to Mateoro. Spectacular from both sides.

This is a modern suspension bridge. Its amazing, just like all the other large suspension bridges throughout the world. A great photo opportunity and a useful shortcut.

My wife, my sister and I would like to hire an English speaking driver to take us to see the bridge in September from Athens. We would like to stop at the Corinth Canal, cross the bridge, go to the Visitor's Center for the bridge; and then return to Athens that evening. Do you have a company/driver to suggest? Best regards, Rick
