Beautiful trail, but not for the faint of heart. Very steep climbs will reward you with spectacular views. The trail can get quite wet in winter, so plan accordingly.

Been going here for years. Changes every year too! Wear good shoes! Can go a the way to ocean. We sometimes leave a car at other end then cruise to The Rivers End for lunch💟

We visited during January when the campground was closed. The road was washed out from recent flooding and everything was quite sodden... we were lucky to be in an SUV. The trail itself was lovely with good views and moderately strenuous. Outhouses were still open.
