The fence was being repaired and it was not in it's prime. Otherwise, the review would be higher. You can see that there is community pride. It is serene. There are picnic tables by the river.

Nice Gardens with pretty plants. You can also walk along the River and watch fly fishermen try to catch fish. Clean Bathrooms !!!!

Beautiful gardens in the City Park along the Upper Sacramento River with the railroad across the river. Best to visit in the Spring and early summer. Beautiful, peaceful!
