This is a wonderful beach/bay that goes on for miles and connects to the pacific ocean. We found this place by happenstance and have lived here for over 15 years.

This bay is absolutely breathtaking and we came to see it again. It's home to lots of different wildlife and it's a photographers dream to be here.

The Bay is 14 miles long and includes 16,000 acres of tidal waters. It has oyster and shrimp aquaculture, and is healthy with seals, eel grass, varied birds, crabs and many marine animals. It is a good place to view and visit in Eureka's Old...More

My husband and I were so glad we went to Humboldt Bay. The beach was so gorgeous and peaceful. We had a panic and lounged in the perfect weather.

There are so many things to do from kayaking, tide-pools, pier fishing, wildlife viewing, marshlands, hiking and sea side restaurants There is something for everyone and all ages. Explore the water or hike in the dunes..
