We were there with two toddlers and 5 adults- all of us enjoyed this free tour even the little ones. Lots of action and characters plus excellent staff made it fun. Process was interesting to observe from high viewing corridor that snaked around factory below. Tour is not too long you can cut short once you're in factory viewing area.... More

We were on a large tour with a bunch of second graders. And all went very well. The kids were very interested in the tour.

This tour is great! It is a self guided walking tour. You can spend as much time or as little as you want. Free samples, friendly staff! A must visit!

This was a fun trip. A free tour very informative and finish with a sample of beans. They have lots of jelly beans with different flavors. Also, they have a reduction of candies in a different room where you can take advantage of different candies. Overall a great time.

Yesterday (5/10), we had several hours free, so decided to visit this Factory. We enjoyed that visit very much. The self-guided free tour is remarkably well organized and put together. You see SO much. We arrived around noon, and, obviously that is a good time to come, as there were very few people wanting to do the tour. There were... More

We have visited the Jelly Belly Factory a few times before but this time we brought our grandson (ages 5 & 3) and we had a blast seeing it through their eyes. It's a self guided tour and while it was busy that day (spring break time) we still had plenty of time to take our time and see everything... More

After being wined out from being in Napa Valley, a local recommended this tour. What a pleasant surprise! My adult daughters really enjoyed every moment. It's very informative in start to finish of a jelly belly! Loved the history lessons as well. Make sure to to stop at each station and watch the TV monitor. So many folks just walked... More

This was a tour for all ages. When you arrive, you are given a hat then directed to the self guided tour to begin. It is amazing to see how these yummy little beans are made, and at the end you can sample as many as you like. If you are brave enough , you can try one of the... More
