We are wine club members and we always enjoy our tasting visits here. The tasting room is very comfortable and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting bar can be a bit crowded sometimes though. The tasting selections are all very good and there...More
if your visiting the russian river area, this is a good place to stop for something to eat and to sample some outstanding wine . . .nice setting along the river . . . usually crowded on weekends so weekdays are suggested . . .
Great wine tour and setting! Stunning grounds and Desmond was amazing as a host! Super informative and a pleasure to be around! We had a great trip and would highly recommend you stop at Korbel and have a tasting!
Break out the bubbly because my entire experience was well worth the price of visiting one of the most well known wineries in the Russian River Valley. Korbel Champagne Cellars is the only maker of actual champagne, California Champagne that is, in a region filled...More
Beautiful setting and grounds. Redwoods, charm, and lovely outdoor seating are the draw to this winery. Their wine was okay, but there are much better wines nearby. They may not have the lovely atmosphere that Korbel offers. But the wine is better.
Great tour with history of how Korbel brothers got in Champaign business. Explains how making Champaign is different process than wine making. Deli is great and grounds are beautiful under redwoods for picnic. One of best tours for history and knowledge of area. Free tour...More

Depends on your kids. It's a walk around and listen tour some sitting and video some standing and listening. You know your kids best. Will they be patient and quiet or fussy and fidgety. Thinking back to when my kids were that age I think if we fed them first then did the tour it might have worked. It wouldn't if they were hungry and tired.
