Picnic by the river, lovely wine and company

Nice atmosphere. We had reservations in the "red chairs" by the river. Picked up some sausage and wine and had a wonderful afternoon.

the Russian River. Wine, cheese and crackers with a great view right on the river/creek. The atmosphere was just what we needed-beautiful, calm and refreshing.

Come here with lunch, picnic by the creek, and indulge in Zins and other wines. Our experience was great. We tasted what seemed like all the wines and they were all quite wonderful. Anthony, our host, was friendly and helpful. This is a must visit along Dry Creek.

Truett-Hurst was a great place to grab a glass of wine and enjoy their lovely setting whether it be watching the goats, sitting by the gardens or head on down by the river and have a picnic. Life doesn't get much better than this!

Wines were not very complex and tasted young. The facility was pound even though it was not crowded. The grounds are beautiful. It's a good place to stop and take a break by the creek.

We visited after a friend recommended we stop...and we fell in love! The tasting room is small, but it's all that is needed, as you want to grab a glass and head outside! We wandered down by the creek and just enjoyed! I suggest visiting towards the end of the day, as we didn't feel like it was too busy... More

We started our time in Dry Creek Valley here since they're one of the earlier opening tasting rooms, 10 am on a Friday. We've been in the region a few times as we really enjoy this area since it's lower key compared to nearby wine regions. Since we were early we had a personalized wine tasting experience with a friendly... More

This winery is unfortunately their own worst enemy. They have developed a reputation as a must-stop for their gardens and creekside picnicking – but this popularity comes at a price. The main tasting area is jammed – or was during our visit. As a result, on our way in, we just bypassed the tasting bars and went straight to the... More

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, without any pretentious attitude that can be found at others nearby. The tasting was relaxed and enjoyable. And now we are back in the UK we have cracked open the Black Sheep red, and it is STUNNING! We are now working out how we can get some of this back to the UK as it goes... More

If you're looking for a getaway from city life this is the place to go! Enjoy a bottle of wine and sit near the creek as you listen to the water slowly flowing by. It's so relaxing and the staff is wonderful!
