Lovely tasting room and garden. Friendly servers. Really good wine. We bought two bottles, but they did not waive the $10 tasting fee, which most wineries do when purchasing.

Dutcher Crossing is a nice place to visit with some interesting wines. The staff is very friendly and spends a lot of time chatting up visitors. The pushing of a wine club membership by staff gets a little old, but they are doing what has...More

We recently visited this winery and loved the atmosphere and folks that worked there. The scenery was beautiful and the wine, well, some of the best wine we had on our trip.

How is the surf fishing at this resort? I noticed one picture of a guy surf fishing. I'm coming down the week of March 9th and was thinking about bringing a surf rod with since I can't swim in the ocean. If its not worth my time to fish I won't spend the extra money to fly my gear down but if I have even the slightest chance at catching something I probably will. Any insight or tips on lures to bring are greatly appreciated! Thanks
