We came here as an extended family of 11 (kids and adults). Some wanted to bodyboard, some wanted to surf, some wanted to chill, and others wander and explore. It ticked everyone's boxes! Parking was plentiful (in the morning anyway) and the beach vast and...More

La pointe de la torche is a rocky little finger poking into the sea between two long surfing beaches. The walk brings you out to the point and around an old WWII bunker.

A must see!!! The most beautiful scenery I've seen in a long time. Bracing winds and gorgeous sunshine make everything shine!!! See surfers do their amazing stuff and have a crêpe at one of the 2 crêperies nearby.

A beautiful place to watch people surfing and enjoy a walk. There are the remains of old German bunkers along the coast.

We did a walk around this area and had lunch in the creperie. The views and beach are stunning and well worth a visit. The northern beach and sweeping bay was being used by surfers .

It really is a breath taking beach, very popular with surfers as well as families. Plenty of room for all as it stretches away for miles it seems. The only downside was the overpowering smell of effluent which hits you as you walk on to...More

My wife plucked this off the map we had as an interesting sounding place for a day out, our family of four including two boys aged 9 and 5 visited recently from our base in Benodet, a 30 minute drive away. The approach is lovely...More
