The beach is one of my favorites. Plenty of parking for a flat fee. Lots of bathrooms and a snack bar. The sand is fine and soft in some areas and coarse in others. The waves are big enough to give my teens some fun...More

On a family trip to CA we went to a few of the more popular places on the coast but this was most definitely the best area we went to for beach enjoyment. It is a bit away from the typical tourist spots and runs...More

Spaces are pretty tight and quiet hours are not observed. Camped next to the one neighbors who were the Camp party group. They were warned but nobody ever did anything about them. They were rude and discourteous. We didn't mind them being somewhat loud till...More

$15 parking. Only one place to get food, "Sea Salt." It took over 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and fries for $28. Beach has lots of trash mixed into the sand. Felt more like Tijuana than Orange County.

All the beaches in Huntington are awesome, but we were disappointed that the new(er) concessions at Bolsa Chica State Beach are closed in the winter. We were looking forward to toes in the sand dining and relaxing with a glass a wine.

Great spot, easy hookups, just a bike path between us and the beach. It was a beautiful week. Warm, beach not crowded at all, lots of washed up garbage, people, stop using plastic straws, PLEASE. Fire rings available. Shower building looked good, camp host informative.

It's worth the $15 price per car to enjoy the entire day at a less crowded beach than the ones near to the pier. It's one of the best photo opportunities in Huntington Beach! Here's an insider tip: if you go close to the end...More

Great walking path, with a beautiful view of the pacific! There are also fire pits on the sand and food stands to choose from.
