A group of us came here for a work event. This is an excellent trail. It is very picturesque. There are some great views of the Pacific Ocean as one hikes up the hills.

If you enjoy hikes or just nature in general this is a fabulous place to visit. You can enjoy the hike/bike to any level you are comfortable with. One of the great things about Irvine.

Bommer Canyon Trails can get crowded on weekends. If you can, go during twilight on a week day in the Summer. There are several trails offered, from easy to "experienced" hiker.

My best friend and I came here and rode our mini segways and were mocked by people. The paths are good but the people are very rude

This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of people and congestion. Trails from Turtle Rock area all the way to Laguna. Lots of waterfowl and other flora and fauna.

The Bommer Canyon Trails offer a great opportunity to hike in an otherwise densely populated part of Southern California. Parking can be tough, so always have a backup.

Bommer Canyon trails pass through restored open space, past old cattle camp and through coastal scrub. Nice parking area with restrooms and historic information. On bike path, and trails are open to mountain biking. Busy despite hot day when we visited. Up the hill, can...More
