It was a local market where we felt unwelcome. Normally vendors are pushy and try and entice you into there stalls. Didn't happen. Most vendors too busy playing on their mobiles. My wife spotted an item she was interested in purchasing, she asked how much?...More

We were brought here as part of an interesting cruise ship shore excursion, after visiting the Wat Krom temple, a school, and a local home earlier in the day. This market is not aimed at tourists. Instead it is effectively the local community’s supermarket and...More

Have been here over the last 15 years and today the market is nothing special anymore. You get the same clothes as everywhere and no more copies of watches or DVDs. So it lost a little bit of atmosphere.

Have visited many markets in South-East Asia, but the food departement in this market is Very special. A must see for those with a strong stomage. Be careful not to slip over blood etc. that is flowing through the paths.

Worth checking out. A fairly open and spacious market, easy to get to from the beach. Lots of items here to purchase at a good price, a fair price for tourist items compared to other markets in Cambodia.
