This place is on the south side of Karuizawa Station. Look in the direction of the ski hills. You can't miss it. You'll see a sign as soon as you get off the train, from the platform. It's a nice clean place to walk around...More

I was very surprised with how many shops this place had and the number of higher end restaurants. Across the street from the station and with lots of parking. This place is definitely nice if the weather is good as you will spend most of...More

Unfortunately, we visit during winter time(0' c) and it is too freezing. We could walk only half way of outlets and have to give up. This place is very big, many brand names and interesting shops around. Starbucks is here and yes it is a...More

Spent half a day here eventhough that was not part of the agenda. Shops range from Japanese indie brands to international ones - fashion, sports, golf. The food court is a nice rest point. Avoid lunch and dinner hours, crazy crowds.

For the luxury brands, not many new stuff as most items are like many seasons away. But excellent finds for mid range brands, esp the sport wears. Nice place for shopping and enjoying a walk. Many decent restaurants and cafes onsite.

Tons of people on 1 january for new year shopping. Apart from it being incredibly cold, the shopping was great! Lots of great new year bargains. There were lots of food options as well but understandably crowded.
