Excellent beach with lots of space. Free street parking and outside showers. Waves are just right and plenty of shops and beach sport rentals.

LaJolla has always been my favorite beach place. It is quieter and more family geared. Parking is just as difficult as other SD beaches, so go early!

Hi Marianne, If there is no traffic you can go from mission beach to La Jolla in 15-20 min. No idea about the Cabanas
