I have been up there a few times more than 30 years ago, but it was fantastic to see that the plac has not changed much: anyway, the view is stunning and gives a great overview of America's finest city: San Diego

Visited with a friend and survivor of the Korean War. He will be laid to rest here. The visit left me in awe of our departed veterans and what sacrifices they made for us. A truly beautiful resting place.

The slope up is pretty gentle and yes, it is accessible from all 360 degrees, however there are stairs to get to the foot of the cross itself. You wont be disappointed tho, its breathtaking
