Quaint, calm, shopping and dining. We you need to get away from the mega resorts drive down to Old Town La Quinta. It is walkable, full of interesting shops, and includes coffee shops and wine bars. How good is that.

We love this quaint little area. Great shops to browse, wonderful restaurants, wine bars, and, best of all, no traffic -- sidewalk art shows, clothing, fun novelty shops, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings. There's even a Pedego bike store. It truly has that relaxed...More

There is nothing old about Old Town. It is attractive, has several nice boutique stores and a couple places to eat. They just need to add more!

Lovely little tucked away walkable part of town. Nice choice of restaurants and coffeehouses. Fun different businesses — olive oil; high end bath/skin care (H20 Closet); clothes (Elizabeth and Prince); services (hair, skin, massage). And a fabulous farmers market Sunday’s in season — flowers; organic...More

Very clean and lots of restaurants. Nightly music entertainment. Some shops but quite expensive. Worth a visit for sure.

We love to bring our guests here just to enjoy the atmosphere. Stuft Pizza is an excellent restaurant and not just pizza! The coffee restaurant is wonderful and always seem to make new friends there. Plus it is dog-friendly as is Stuft!

The lighting of the Christmas tree in Old Town will have already happened. Sunday mornings usually has a farmers market in old town but I am sure that won't happen on Christmas morning. I recommend going to the old La Quinta... More
