this is a cute place to see while on vacation. no costs other than donations...staff is friendly and willing to share the history...shows all the history of the county including native history and original settlers...drop by spend 20 minutes and enjoy the cool seating outside...More

The museum in someways is quite non-descript, but did have quite a few interesting items on display, particularly about the the first settlers and their habits etc. The person on duty was extremely helpful and useful for our tour.

We got to the museum about 7 minutes before closing time and the staff was very friendly! They mentioned the time, had us sign in then gave us a quick run down of what is in each room then told us to take our time...More

We walked up from Library Park to tour the Courthouse Museum, but alas, it was closed that day. We still enjoyed the grounds and exhibits outside the museum.
