Great aquarium. Many types of animals. Lots of touch pools and shows. Very active sea otters; I could have watched them all day. Many types of jelly fish and seahorses.

At that time it will probably be pretty long. If possible, get there when the ticket office opens to avoid the long lines

The whale watching tour would be fine for a 2 year old - the downstairs indoor seating area is enclosed (no chance of falling overboard!) and has huge windows so you can still see really well.
