Established in 1934, when a dozen local farmers parked their trucks on an open field (once a dairy farm) to sell fresh produce to local residents, the Market has remained true to its roots ever since. With nearly 100 dining, shopping and grocery opportunities, Farmers Market has something for everyone. More than seventy-five years later the Farmers Market remains the one stop shop for every visitor’s needs.

My son and I spent a couple of hours browsing all the stalls and ended up buying candy, fruit and finally ended up having dinner at a great French Restaurant called Monsieur Marcel. The bathrooms are surprisingly new and spacious and you can buy candy and little trinkets for your loved ones back home. From here you can walk to... More

Finally family was able to make it. It's a place were shopping and the tummy meets. If you don't know what to buy, this is the place to go to as it has whatever one may need. The surrounding decor is so well blended and it feels so alive specially with the free trolley ride, the fountain, and mix of... More

It's not so much a farmers market, but rather a place to have lunch and to find cool food and souvenirs! Nice area! You can get the parking ticket validated by one of the vendors and get 90mim free. Or you can park across the street at Ross and validate the ticket in the store for 60min free or 4hours... More

I must admit it wasn't at all like I expected. Not much healthy fresh food to be seen there, just a bit disappointed as I was hoping for a fresh salad Same old shops in the shopping centre as you get everywhere

This place rocks, stall after stall of interesting stuff, something for everyone--from Times Square-like junk to amazing produce, meats and poultry, pastry and bakery wares, to the best French products store in California, to restaurants and food stands serving cuisine from all over the world. There is truly something for everyone. And this shoppers' paradise stands adjacent to its flashy... More

Iv'e been to LA many many times and only learnt of the Farmers Market in the last few years. It wasn't quite what I imagines (I had heard there are lot's of buskers and a really exciting atmosphere from them which I didn't get. The food however was FANTASTIC and I would definately head there for lunch again. The worst... More

I've learned . You can't come to LA and not visit the Farmers Market at The Grove. Bounce around from food stand to food stand and seeing all the families out for the day . You can choose from just about any type of food you want along with unique items in the shops. Spend a few hours checking it... More

So many choices of cusine! All out doors though, so if you're looking for air conditioning, look elsewhere. Chairs are not sturdy if you eat in the common area.
