When we were there the building was closed. However, the sight is magnificent and worth visiting. In the roof you can find the blue ribbon garden, an urban oasis.

Sorry, but Disney Hall disappoints. The architecture though often celebrated is not practical n a sunny climate. The interior is uncomfortable and most important the acoustics are meh.

The building as such has a unique design but we only had an outside view as the time was too short to have an inside visit.

This venue is one of the most amazing concert halls in the country. Acoustically and visually this is an incredibly special place. I feel truly lucky every concert I have the privilege to attend and even for just a tour, it is a must visit.

What an outstanding piece of architecture, and a place freely open to the public (between the hours of 10 and 2, to our dismay when we missed the final opportunity to tour inside). The exterior of this metallic masterpiece is readily available for exploration, boasting...More

I expected a very beautiful, formal, elegant concert hall but was initially taken aback by this modernistic, highly stylized exterior. Then when I entered the Hall and found my seat I felt like everything was too modest. There was no stage really and the upholstery...More

We walked around the area where the concert hall is located. We didn't feel the need to enter the building as the reason for walking there was to see the wonderful architecture of the building itself. It is a great example of modern and exciting...More

The latest addition to the Los Angeles Music Center downtown on Grand. The architecture of this building is a great reason to visit Downtown when you're in the area. This is where the LA Philharmonic performs now.

An amazing example of Gehry's architecture - go see the outside even if you don't go to concert here

There is a kiosk in the Disney concert hall as you first come in. They have guided tours and self tours you can book right there. I couldn’t find a website that gave me access to that on the Internet. It also depends on the... More

Use the entrance on S Grand Ave midway between First and Second St. There was a table set by the grand stairs leading to the Auditorium.
