I can’t believe how much I enjoyed HFC. It was so much more than I expected! The cemetery is absolutely beautiful and the landscaping is exceptional. You can see the Hollywood Sign and the Griffith Observatory as you walk through the cemetery. The only noise...More

Hollywood Forever is home to the final resting places of several Hollywood luminaries, from Toto, the dog in Wizard fo Oz, to movie legend Mickey Rooney. Equally fascinating are the elaborate tombstones of numerous Russian and Armenian resting places, complete with photographs. The grounds are...More

I loved walking the grounds of this amazing cemetery. There are so many film and TV stars buried here, even the crypt of Valentino. Spend a couple of hours wandering and contemplating. It does a soul good!

Such a deal at $20 to have Kari take you around the cemetery, pointing out the legendary figures in cinematic and TV history. It is a fascinating place and to have someone like Kari who guides you through in such a tasteful and respectful way...More

I came here to escape the craziness that is Los Angeles. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the cemetery is really quiet. There seems to be heaps of cars parked around the grounds, but I didn’t see too many people. The gardens are...More

Hollywood Memorial (as I still call it) is home stomping grounds...two of my grandparents and two of my great-grandparents are buried here. In the Seventies we used to climb over the wall and enjoy this place at midnight. Since then it's been purchased by a...More

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie
stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day,
tourists flock here from around the world to see the
iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to
catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close.
Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas
the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and
hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night
