First: You MUST know a member or be sponsored to enter. NO EXCEPTIONS. They made that very clear. Luckily for us, we had a sponsor. Mystical & magical, the Magic Castle is an eclectic room-by-room (and any other spare space) fun experience for adults. You...More

Was a cool historical venue. Pretty good magic. I expected more with the hype around it. Especially for the price. But am glad I was able to experience it.

This was an excellent adventure. We started off with a great dinner and then went to view the Magic Shows. The Illusions led to my confusion. The Sleight of Hand, I failed to understand. I don't know how it was done but the tricks were...More

This is a terrific club. The magic acts are amazing! Moreover, you do not need to go to one of the performance rooms to see magic in action. Some of the club members are happy to work their magic on you in the hallways, sitting...More

The storied Magic Castle sits halfway up a hill in Hollywood and for many is a mystery. Essentially it is a venerable private club of magicians that will take in guests, and, in my view, guests are essential because what is the point of being...More

Dinner reservations aren't required if you attend WITH the sponsoring member. If you're there on a guest pass without the sponsor, you MUST have dinner. Otherwise, you'll be charged even if you don't order dinner!
