He told the stories in a different way. Took us to nearby sites as well. Really felt we learned so much and appreciate the history and locale more. Well worth the time. It is a great deal at $10 a person.

The Kelley House told many of the tales of Mendocino and had displays that pointed to the importance of the logging industry in this area. Staff was very helpful and seemed delighted to give us their time and recommendations for lunch.

We participated in the historic tour of Mendocino and really enjoyed it. The tour guide impersonated William Keller of the 19th century. We walked Mendocino for 2.5h and learned do many interesting and fun facts. Really recommended.

We spent a very enjoyable time at the Kelley House. Sarah, our Docent, told the fascinating story of the house and family very well and was a delight to talk to about Mendocino more generally. Well worth a visit If you're in town.
