We enjoyed visiting this small, fun lighthouse, with beautiful views of the Mendocino coast. The family enjoyed this typical lighthouse.

A great place to watch for whales. Accomodations are good but don't expect cell service out there. Can be very windy here. Sunsets are beautiful.

This was one of my most favorite OH MY GOD experiences. The day we went in October 2017 there was a double rainbow! Then to find out your can rent the houses made this another favorite places to come back to.

This was a cute little lighthouse but it is really a gift shop. Not worth going out of your way to see. The view of the beautiful coast line was definitely worth it.If you like nature and the ocean views then do see this.

This place is magical, there is a small museum in this lighthouse. On the compound of the lighthouse are houses you can rent for vacation, it´s simply beautiful there.

The lighthouse has a museum in it that is interesting. The lighthouse is beautiful as well. In addition to the lighthouse, we saw sea lions on the beach, whales, sea birds, and climbed on rocks; great photos!

It's a long walk but worth it. If one is physically unable to and with a disable placard, I would drive it all the way to the lighthouse parking. Whether there is space or not, the fact is one is legally disable, I'd find a... More

I see the question has been answered. A little more info, there are several trails leading to and from the lighthouse, but ticks are a real problem. Recommend staying on the main road, especially if you have dogs with you... More

Yes, pets are welcome on a leash on the grounds, inside the lighthouse, and with overnight guests in the West Cottage.
