Find a place to park that looks good to you and stroll around with the kids listening to birds and be awed by the trees. During the winter, find nooks to sled on. Super fun and easy any time of year.

The trip along Hwy 89 takes you to the 3 waterfalls and they are really worth the trip. It is within 20 minutes of Mount Shasta. An easy drive and paved walking paths at the falls. Nice:)

This is the place to get lost in the big trees and waterfalls. A must for all the over stressed lives we lead. Get there and happy birthday to our Parks They are what makes American Beautiful

Amazing nature site. Serene, surreal, magical! However, quite a few rules which limit one's experience.
