Since 1922 the Bartolucci Family has consistently created a perfect marriage of grapes and wine at Madonna Estate. Located in the world-renowned Carneros region, an area known for its fertile lands and cool climate, the Bartolucci family has found success with their organically grown grapes and Estate Bottled wines. In addition to practicing natural farming methods, they also combine traditional and modern winemaking techniques. As the third oldest winemaking family in the Napa Valley, it is important to them that they continue the commitment to farm naturally and preserve the winemaking traditions of past generations.

This was the second stop on a wine tour for us and it truly did disappoint. We were so excited for our first Napa Valley winery but the white that we tasted first was like drinking cheap cask wine so we didn't get off to a great start. The sommelier was also not a very approachable or nice guy either,... More

Don't miss the Reserve Pinot Noir- worth the price. Hand-stirring the barrels while we were there- and the Estate Chard was the perfect choice for a mixed crowd of oak or non-oak friends- for us it will be the "Boat" wine. Ships for free to NY is you buy six!

Compared to all that Napa and Sonoma have to offer, Madonna is just okay. The wine is okay, the tour was okay, the tasting room and guide were okay. Nothing horrible about the experience, we went as part of a tour and probably wouldn't have found it or picked it on our own. But with the said, the rest of... More

We took a tour bus from San Francisco and this was our third winery stop where we had lunch. Susan was educational with the different wine pours. We bought the 2013 Pinot Noir, which we enjoyed with our lunch. Overall, everything was enjoyable!

Tour guide was obviously tipsy and rambled incoherently. Wine was good but estate isn't very impressive and tour frankly was a waste of time

Located 5miles SW Napa, and 8.5miles SE of Sonoma, “Madonna Estate” is a small production winery. The head winemaker gave us a short talk about the wineries history, and why you see so many Rose Plants around vineyards (it’s not to make them pretty!). The talk was short on details about actual wine/winemaking, but I think he just wanted us... More

I went to Madonna estate as part of a tour and had lunch there. Their wines are simply delicious. Bottles are pricy, but the wines are beautiful. Even when we were part of a large group, the team at Madonna made it a point to answer our questions, and let us taste the wines we truly enjoy. I will definitely... More

Good wine, felt the tour was short and majority of tasting took place in their retail area. Felt like we it was a lengthy sales pitch. The Chardonnay was great! Short and sweet.
